The safety of our employees is of paramount importance to Coating Worx, which is why we ensure that we're fully compliant with Health and Safety legislation and other requirements governing workplace safety.
Briefly, here’s how we go about promoting on-site safety:
- All employees receive training in safe working practices
- They’re all fully equipped with Personal Protective Equipment
- Each contract is issued with a unique safety plan, with checks and controls to be implemented
- Safety regulations are to NOSA standards
- Where conventional scaffolding isn’t practical, we make use of suspended swing scaffolds, cherry pickers and rope access teams.
In addition to safeguarding workers, our professional approach to Health and Safety means that Coating Worx is able to take on industrial projects for corporate clients and projects requiring mandatory Health and Safety Induction Training and Orientation prior to commencement.
